May the Lord Jesus Christ walk with you closely today, He's the very best friend.
May He teach you His ways
they are truly beyond beautiful. May He hold you, and those dearest to you closer than close. * The door is always open for you;
Welcome back =)
"A true wife makes a man's life nobler, stronger, grander, by the omnipotence of her love 'turning all the forces of manhood upward and heavenward.' While she clings to him in holy confidence and loving dependence she brings out in him whatever is noblest and richest in his being. She inspires him with her courage and earnestness. She beautifies his life. She softens whatever is rude and harsh in his habits or his spirit. She clothes him with the gentler graces of refined and cultured manhood. While she yields to him and never disregards his lightest wish, she is really his queen, ruling his whole life and leading him onward and upward in every proper path." -JR Miller
Very very random pictures from our firs 73 days of Happily Ever After.

We are well, we've had some colds, flu and stomach bugs, but we're allright. And we're looking forward to celebrating Christmas on our little hill,
in our cozy little perfect dream-house
(that, for anyone wondering is staying TOASTY in the cold weather =)
We wear Reindeerboots (both of us) and they keep our feet warm, yes toasty.. This is our "Christmassy" little house last night All four candles now lit in the Advent wreath
Just about the nicest bedroom ever
Our bookshelf, which yes, fits all our books =)
My little kitchen, with my great-grandmother's salt, rice and spice jars.
What we do... trucking
The one day I was a housewife =) well, I always am,
I'm just out "there" with my husband most of the time.
Our puppydog, Sadie Second picture on my camera, which was a wedding gift from my friends in Norway.
Thankyou!

What I travelled half across the world for,
and left all I knew and loved behind for: the best-budship and love and only-oneliness I share with my Ben.
Before he moved there, we spent precious days together here.
We talked, he talked.
I made him breakfast, every morning, supper everynight.
He even had cookies and cake every night with his coffee after supper.

My brother, being the oldest, calls himself the First Child, he insists ((lovingly)) that I (the oldest daughter) is "second-rate" =)
*
My brother, has a sweet side, which he's not able to hide, even when he tries to act snobbish...
*
He really likes my husband-to-be.
Which means a lot to me.
*
He sends me nice cards where he writes about how I (in the process of becoming a farmer's wife)chose the dung fork over a diamond ring, and a barn over a castle.
He consequently addresses me as "Mrs. my-new-last-name" in those cards
(which I love too).
* *
My brother is that tall, serious looking, handsome guy on the couch there, in between my granny and my cousin.
*
Sometimes he's not serious at all.
*
My brother and I were... um... like cats and dogs when we we're younger.
*
We would quarrel about who was to clean the bathroom (we both WANTED to),
we'd have competitions who could wrap a packed lunch the best
*
.... but we don't do those kind of things anymore.
