I Promised Not to Cry...

....and so I won't.
He left today, but he just called: and he is almost home now, and WELL,
and I am HAPPY, thankful beyond words that he is.

As for God, his way is perfect:
the word of the LORD is tried:
he is a buckler to all those that trust in him.

Psalm 18:30

Aslaug: Praying for you and James. Parting is indeed sweet sorrow. I know it must be hard on you as well as him. Praying that the Visa will come quickly. If there is anything else I can do to help, please let me know. Much love - Raquel XO

Oh dear Aslaug,

I pray that your visa will come soon!

I am sorry that your time together is over for now. It makes me want to cry for you because I remember feeling that way about my dh when we had to be apart before we were finally married.
I'm still praying for you both and for the visa. Psalm 18:30 is very fitting, as is Jeremiah 29:11.
Keep clinging to His promises and the time will pass and you'll be united once again.
Hugs to you,

Michelle

I'm so glad that you had such a wonderful visit with your love. Goodbyes are hard....my husband and I had a long distance relationship for 2 years and I'll admit that I cried HARD everytime he left. I hope your visa comes soon!
