Mm, so I never felt this good before.
And the strange thing about that? There's no visa in sight...
*
It could be that I went copletely OFF refined sugar, and majorly reduced my gluten intake...
It could be the spring, with it's bright, sunny, beautiful mornings...
It could be the sweet blessing of just *being* at home, with my family, resting my knee...
It could be that I am blessed beyond measure (and I mean that with all my heart)

I LOVE waking up to a wall of clouds with several holes where the golden sunshine tumbles out in it's bright, beautiful glory

I LOVE apples with peanut butter and cheese
I LOVE hugging. My mama, my dad, hearing someone say: do you want a hug?
I LOVE getting dressed up and looking pretty *just* for my family, even if nobody else will see me all day (you know, you'd do that for people you work with)
I LOVE being off sugar, and almost off gluten
I LOVE feeling WONDERFUL, physically, emotionally, spiritually
I LOVE the this beautiful ring on my right ring finger.
I LOVE writing notes and letters to my best friend

Wow...being off refined sugar is amazing! Great job!!! :)
I'm sorry the visa isn't in sight. Is it a difficult thing to obtain?
I like that picture with the sun shining on your cute face! I'm off gluten, too. Now, for the sugar. Yikes.
I love holding my grandchildren. I'm off to hold little Aria this morning!
I'm so happy for you. You are so loving!
det e så koselig å lesa innlegga dine fortia åslaug :D eg likar at du har kutta ned på gluten og sukker ;) har store planar om å gjere det same sjøl, i dag har eg baka glutenfritt brød faktisk!
GLA I DEG <3
Thank you for this beautifully written post! We are all praying for your visa to come. It is so nice to hear that God has given you Joy in your surroundings~nature, a ring of love and devotion, a best friend, your family and many other people and things. I have also given up sugar and gluten about 5 months ago and am feeling so much better. All those bad toxins are coming out of our bodies as we make our bodies clean by eating whole healthy foods.
What I love best is snuggling under my quilt with my fireplace on reading my Bible. I love the thunder rain storm last night and all the sounds of nature. I love hearing the birds tweeting in the morning and the geese honking~the new puppy next door barking. There is so much for me to love and adore in our Lord's creation. I love our Lord for giving us such beauty. A little taste of what Heaven must be like. God bless you and you are in my prayers, Rose
aslaug,
Wow, I know that getting off sugar and gluten would be good for me, but I wouldn't know where to begin. I drink so much coffee each day with so much sugar in it! :) If I gave up sugar then I would have to give up coffee as well as what is the joy in bitter black coffee! :)
I Love your positive posts
I Love my family
I Love sleeping babies
I Love knitted dishcloths and window stars (don't you? :) Thanks to jewels' blog!)
I Love quiet mornings
These are a few things that I love.
Oh, I love so many things.
My family
My home
Getting up early and spending time in prayer
Clothes on the line, freshly washed
Something tasty baking in the oven
The sweet babble of my baby as she wakes up
Life is so good.

Hello, Hello dear aslaug!!
So good to see your pretty face! :0) There are so many things I love, but I'll try to narrow it down to a few of my favorites.
~The Lord, He is my all-in-all
~ My dear husband and children
~A beautiful sunrise
~Going out on a date with my husband...alone :0)
~The birds chirping in the morning, making their own music
~Good friends (like you)
~People who love and accept me for who I am, flaws and all
~Making someone smile/laugh
~Seeing my children learn and grow
My list could go on and on, but these are a few of things I cherish/love.
Miss you and am praying for your visa to get here soon.

Hello dear Aslaug,
I was wondering if there's any news about your visa :) I hope so. I keep you in my prayers dear friend.
Have a blessed week,
Flavia
Congratulations and many blessings on your upcoming marriage! I'm saying a prayer for your visa.
Hello! I just wanted to congratulate you and James on your engagement...I know, I am very late with this!
I am SO happy for you both! God is GOOD!
This was such a happy post, thank you for sharing your joy!
God bless you. xx
I just wanted to come by and tell you Congratulations! I'll be praying for the visa situation. But, as with all things, I know it will come when it's supposed to--in His time, and not a day before. :-)
Kathy: It's not all that difficult to obtain a visa, just a lot of work, and a whole lot of waiting =)
Thank you EVERYBODY for your sweet comments, congratulations and prayers. I really appreciate it! I so wish I had time to go visit all of your blogs, but living life is more important than blogging about it, and sometimes, time doesn't allow for both. Thanks for sharing my happiness =) =)
